Soup Mix - Rustic Italian
1) In large pot, brown 1 chopped onion and 1 C chopped zucchini. 2) Pinch bag below noodles, pour noodles into a bowl and set aside. 3) Add remaining package contents and 10-12 C of water to pot; boil and simmer, covered, until cooked, (approx 2 hr). 4) In the last 15 min of cooking, add 1 package cooked, chopped bacon, 796ml can diced tomatoes, 2 C spinach, and noodles. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
